Glitzy Gel is use to accent, dimensionalize, brighten and magify objects on paper crafts, mixed media and home decor projects. It is a clear, dimensional gloss medium. It can also be used as an adhesive for lightweight objects on porous surfaces. It creates glossy, dimensional effects over stamped images, ephemera & more. TO USE : DO NOT SHAKE. It will Create air bubbles. Turn bottle upside down and allow liquid to flow to tip. Gently squeeze bottle and establish flow on scrap paper. Drying time will depend on amount of product applied or 3 to 5 hours. Do not use a heat tool to dry.
